Please respect my right to decline your order if I feel that I am unable to fulfill it. It is most likely because your character fell into my "Don'ts" list or because my skills are not compatible.

I will have to decline a request that is different from my artstyle.

Do not use the commission for NFTs purposes or AI Training.

My prices are good for commercial digital content use already.

Other Commercial Uses are calculated as follows:

Extra characters in the same canvas will be x 1.8 multipliers of the base price (per character)

Artworks requested in 2025 are already for good commercial digital content use. Note: Artworks that will be used for Branding are not included (e.g Official Logo..)

Art Commissions that will only be for personal use. Not for selling or anything that generates profit. This includes use for Personal Blog.

The commissions are not to be printed, resold, multiplied, or used in any way that could bring income unless agreed otherwise.

You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures, cover photo, etc. on social media (like Twitter, IG, FB, etc.). Giving credits is very much appreciated

You may not claim the authorship of the artwork itself. The artist (reiloart) keeps all ownership of the artwork.

You may print the commission for your personal use (single copy).

The commission may be used in a type of commercial usage that was agreed on.

You may not make changes to the illustration on your own, nor have it edited by a 3rd party.

You may use the commission for any personal usage like profile pictures etc.

I have the right to stream the commissions on my streaming platforms unless the client asks not to due to debut, birthdays, and release dates.

If the commission is a fanart, I will use it for prints/artbooks, etc.

If the commission is your original character, I will still use it for artbooks only but will include a disclaimer that you own the character design.

I have the right to post the commission online, unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, debut, release date), then I will wait accordingly.

I have the right to use your commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogues.

If I ever want to use your commission outside of these rules, I will do it only with your permission.

Local Rates (PH only)

The payment is made through our local banks, MariBank, and Gcash only.

Prices of 1000php below should be paid in full before I proceed with the drawings.

Prices of more than 1000php, 50% down payment first before I proceed with the drawings. Balance due upon completion. Once fully paid, the final high-resolution artwork will be sent.

The invoice will be sent within 24 hours after agreement and accepting your commission order.

Intl Clients - USD Rates

The payment is made through Paypal invoice. For Paypal, if you use another currency, please make sure to convert it into USD or PHP before paying me.

Prices of 50$ below should be paid in full before I proceed with the drawings.

Prices of more than 50$, 50% down payment first before I proceed with the drawings. Balance due upon completion. Once fully paid, the final high-resolution artwork will be sent.

The invoice will be sent within 24 hours after accepting your commission order.

Please message me tru email or social media. I will send a reply and discuss details regarding the order.

Once we both have an agreement, I will send an invoice for you to settle the balance/payment.

The commission will be started only after the payment has been made.

Commissions are being drawn in the same order they were ordered at.

Chibi illustrations may take up to 2-3 weeks.

Full illustrations may take up to 4 weeks to 2 months (if very detailed)

Vtuber/Character Models may take up to 2-3 months

Depending on many factors such as other commissions, order of commissions, and complexity of the requests. In case of any delays due to health problems etc., you will get notified.

References and pegs of the preferred pose, looks, and colors are very welcome. Even stick drawings are appreciated. Please do include detailed descriptions of the character you want to be drawn (It makes life easier ;w;)

I will send you a sketch to approve. You must apply the most crucial corrections during this phase. Once the draft sketch is approved, I will continue with the project.

I will only accept two (2) major revisions for the draft sketch, so make sure you put all your comments. Any revisions after that will have to be paid for. Changing the whole pose is not possible once I start with lineart.

Two (2) minor corrections/revisions for the final artwork. There will be a charge of 10% base price for exceeding revisions. If it is a major revision (e.g. changing almost half of the artwork) I'll be charging 50% of the base price.

I will send an update of progress during the sketch, lineart, and colors.

You will receive the full-sized illustration without a watermark. In case of solo character art w/o simple or no bg, you can also request for a transparent version.

I may stream the process of the commission on my Twitch channel unless you have clearly said to keep it private.

You may cancel the commission without any charges, if the payment hasn’t been made yet.

You may request a refund, if the commission hasn’t yet been started 1 month after ordering.

The commission is NOT refundable once I’ve started working on it (sketch).
